According to the flow direction, pressure and flow required by the driving device, it is suitable for various machines in which the driving device is separated from the hydraulic station, and the hydraulic station is connected with the driving device (cylinder or motor) by the oil pipe.

The hydraulic station can be used as a disc brake to provide different oil pressure values for different braking torques. In the accident state, the oil pressure of the brake can be quickly lowered to a preset value. After the delay, the oil pressure of the brake is quickly returned to the collar, so that the brake reaches the full braking state.

1. Oil leakage and oil pressure instability After long-term use, the oil collecting roads in the brake device are installed, and the valve and the oil collecting road parts are leaked a lot, and the oil pressure drops, so that the valves are not opened, maybe they are The screws between the screws are loose and the screws are tightened. The oil pressure is unstable. Because the air is mixed in the hydraulic system, the air should be excluded, or the current filtering of the coil of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device is not good. The coil is vibrated up and down, resulting in unstable oil pressure.
2, the voltage value can not be guaranteed because the system has air inhalation, the oil in the fuel tank has a lot of foam, the train is overflow valve, the electromagnetic reversing valve leaks large; treatment method: check whether the oil pump suction port leaks; oil pump suction pipe Whether the joint is tightened; whether the screw of the suction filter is tightened; check whether the suction filter to the oil suction port of the oil pump leaks; check whether the oil pump cover screw is tightened; clean the overflow valve spool, if the filter body is active Inflexible, you can hold the valve core by hand to grind back and forth in the body, clean the solenoid reversing valve spool, and require the spool to move flexibly in the valve body to ensure that the spool is in place during operation.
3, zero hydraulic brake does not loose the brake system without pressure reasons; the oil pump rotates in the opposite direction or the oil pump has no output liquid; the overflow valve spool on the current proportional device is stuck, the damping hole is blocked; the oil pump suction port is not smooth, the oil suction filter The device is clogged; there is dirt inside the pressure valve, and the cone valve cannot be closed. Treatment method: correct the rotation direction of the pump and eliminate the failure of the oil pump; disassemble and clean the overflow valve, it is required to make the valve core move flexibly in the valve body, blow the damping hole with compressed air; clean the filter element and check the oil absorption Whether the pipeline is blocked; disassemble the pressure valve and take the cone valve down to the cleaning device
4. If the residual pressure is too large, the brake will be disabled. The main reason is that the distance between the nozzles of the control rod of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device is too small; the orifice of the overflow valve is too large; the treatment method: the upper plate of the control rod Adjust or replace; replace the relief valve orifice with a smaller diameter orifice
