1. Oil leakage and oil pressure instability After long-term use, the oil collecting roads in the brake device are installed, and the valve and the oil collecting road parts are leaked a lot, and the oil pressure drops, so that the valves are not opened, maybe they are The screws between the screws are loose and the screws are tightened. The oil pressure is unstable. Because the air is mixed in the hydraulic system, the air should be excluded, or the current filtering of the coil of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device is not good. The coil is vibrated up and down, resulting in unstable oil pressure.
 
2, the voltage value can not be guaranteed because the system has air inhalation, the oil in the fuel tank has a lot of foam, the train is overflow valve, the electromagnetic reversing valve leaks large; treatment method: check whether the oil pump suction port leaks; oil pump suction pipe Whether the joint is tightened; whether the screw of the suction filter is tightened; check whether the suction filter to the oil suction port of the oil pump leaks; check whether the oil pump cover screw is tightened; clean the overflow valve spool, if the filter body is active Inflexible, you can hold the valve core by hand to grind back and forth in the body, clean the solenoid reversing valve spool, and require the spool to move flexibly in the valve body to ensure that the spool is in place during operation.
