Therefore, hydraulic oil is the working medium of the electro-hydraulic push rod. The elastic actuator is realized by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. Electro-hydraulic push rods should select different hydraulic oils according to the requirements of the operating environment. Generally, there are two trademarks of hydraulic oils: 32# and 46#. Select according to the operating pressure of the system For conventional electro-hydraulic push rods, those with the highest operating pressure below 3.5MPa or 8 MPa can choose general hydraulic oil (46# hydraulic oil). If the operating pressure of the special electro-hydraulic push rod is 10MPa or more, or the pressure fluctuates violently, use anti-wear hydraulic oil (but general hydraulic oil may also be used in medium and high pressure systems with a pressure of 8MPa-16MPa). For high-pressure systems above 16MPa, use high-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil with good abrasion resistance to reduce conflict wear. Select according to the operating environment temperature The upper limit of the operating temperature (thermal equilibrium temperature) is 60℃ or 70℃, or the electro-hydraulic push rod is around 80℃, and the lower limit is -20℃, or the temperature change is larger, and hydraulic pressure with higher viscosity index can be selected. Oil (low temperature hydraulic oil, thickened hydraulic oil, etc.). If the lower limit of operating temperature is -30℃, low temperature hydraulic oil or aviation hydraulic oil (32# hydraulic oil) should be used in severe cold area. In short, the freezing point of the hydraulic oil used must be more than 10°C lower than the temperature of the environment. It is necessary to ensure that the hydraulic oil still has the necessary low-temperature fluidity at the ambient temperature to ensure that the electro-hydraulic push rod starts at low temperatures. If the upper limit of the operating temperature exceeds 70℃ or 80℃, consider the use of fire-resistant hydraulic fluids such as phosphate esters and fatty acid esters with good thermal and chemical stability. The domestic industry commonly speaks of "South 46" and "North 32" (namely, South 46# hydraulic oil, North 32# hydraulic oil). The trademark of hydraulic oil refers to the different viscosity of the oil. How much hydraulic oil is required for the first use of the electro-hydraulic push rod? It can be seen from the composition of the electro-hydraulic push rod that the hydraulic oil is provided to the hydraulic oil pump, and the motor drives the hydraulic pump. Therefore, the first time it is used, the hydraulic oil is injected. Make it flow over the hydraulic oil pump, start the motor to drive the hydraulic pump to fill the entire cavity with hydraulic oil, and then add an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil to make the oil level higher than the oil pump. The electro-hydraulic push rod insists on not running out of oil.
